Yoga Workshop, Nov. 20

You are invited to the next “Hatha Yoga workshop,” on Wednesday, Nov. 20, from noon-1 p.m. in the Learning Resources Center Mindfulness Room. Enjoy this physical practice of linking your breath to your body’s movements in the postures. Bring your own mat or you can borrow one from the LRC.
