Food is provided by the Student Activities Board and club sponsors and made possible by the CF Foundation. \nAfter receiving his latest college rejection letter\, senior Bartleby Gaines devises a novel way to fool everyone into thinking he is college-bound: Open his own university. Bartleby and his similarly stymied friends take over an abandoned building\, create a fake website\, hire a friend’s uncle to pose as the dean\, and — presto — a school is born. However\, they do their jobs too well\, and soon many other rejects try to gain admittance to the nonexistent South Harmon Institute of Technology. \nFor more information\, contact Michelle Wirt at ext. 6131 or wirtm@cf.edu.  \nAdd to my calendar \n

SUMMARY:CF Book Club\, March 25
DESCRIPTION:A new monthly book club at CF is starting this month. The meeting will be held Monday\, March 25\, from 12:30-1:30 p.m. on the Ocala Campus in the Learning Resources Center\, Building 3\, Room 112\, Citrus Campus in Building 1\, Room 101\, and on Levy Campus in Room 107. \nThe book discussed will be Margaret Atwood’s ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’.  Hulu has a series and there was a 1990 movie. This book is available for free for Amazon Prime or Kindle Unlimited members. \nThose interested can bring their lunch and ideas for future books to discuss. Based on suggestions\, a schedule of books to read for April and the fall will be set up. Unable to attend? Send potential titles of novels (general interest and relatively short) to Jim Meier at meierj@cf.edu. All faculty and staff are welcome. \nAdd to my calendar
