DESCRIPTION:The Sick Leave Pool open enrollment period will be from October 1-31 for new members only. See below for two options for submitting a Sick Leave Pool enrollment request form. \nThe sick leave pool is designed to help protect employees from loss of income due to a major illness or injury and is open to new full-time employees. \nAn employee must have been employed for one continuous year and have accrued sick days attainable in the contract period. \nAdministrators\, Professional\, Technology\, and Career employees – 12 days (90 hours)\, 10-month employees -10 days (75 hours)\, Faculty – 8 days (56 hours) \nInitial contribution is two days to the pool: Administrative\, Professional\, Technology & Career (2 days = 15 hours)\, Faculty (2 days = 14 hours) \nYou can download the enrollment application from the CF intranet\, Inside. \nProcess for Completing Sick Leave Enrollment Application: \n\n(From Inside.CF.edu\, Click on Employee Benefits\, Sick Leave Pool\, Sick Leave Pool Enrollment Application)\nComplete the enrollment form and submit it to Human Resources via interoffice mail.\n\nFor more detailed information\, contact Human Resources at hr@cf.edu or klepferj@cf.edu.
