DESCRIPTION:Protect your peace of mind and your paycheck. The Sick Leave Pool is designed to help full-time employees avoid a loss of income during a major illness or injury. \n This enrollment period is for new members only. \n Eligibility Requirements \nTo join the pool\, you must: \n\nHave been employed for one continuous year.\nHave the required accrued sick days attainable within your contract period:\n\nAdministrators\, Professional\, Technology\, and Career: 12 days (90 hours)\n10-month Employees: 10 days (75 hours)\nFaculty: 8 days (56 hours)\n\n\n\n Initial Contribution \nUpon joining\, your initial contribution to the pool will be two days: \n\nAdministrative\, Professional\, Technology & Career: 15 hours\nFaculty: 14 hours\n\n How to Enroll \nYou can download the enrollment application from the CF intranet\, Inside\, and submit it using one of the two options below: \n Option 1: Digital Access \n\nVisit Inside.CF.edu.\nClick on Employee Benefits > Sick Leave Pool > Sick Leave Pool Enrollment Application.\n\n Option 2: Submission \n\nComplete the form and submit it to Human Resources via interoffice mail.\n\n Questions?  \nFor more detailed information\, please reach out to the Human Resources team at hr@cf.edu or klepferj@cf.edu.
