The Patriot PRIDE Leadership Team surprised the Financial Aid Office at the Ocala Campus with a Walk-In-Wow! Thursday, Jan. 26.
The Financial Aid team achieved their best satisfaction score in since the RUN Surveys began nearly three years ago.
“The Financial Aid team put in a lot of extra effort to bring their scores up, and they were definitely deserving of a Walk-In-Wow!” said Dr. Vernon Lawter, chair of the PRIDE initiative.
Lawter, vice president of Regional Campuses, added that the college as a whole also had its best performance ever, achieving 91 percent overall satisfaction for the fourth quarter of 2016. Something for each of us to celebrate.
