Hello Patriots,
I’m writing to express my extreme pleasure in the professionalism and dedication that you’ve all shown in ensuring the College of Central Florida remains safe from phishing emails. You have lowered our college’s overall phish-prone average to 2.7%, much lower than the global average for higher education, 5.3%.
Last Fall, the phishing tests became more difficult with the upgrade to using artificial intelligence (AI) to generate more relatable and convincing templates. You were not fooled. After an initial stumble, you rose to the occasion and showed that we, as an organization, are dedicated to rooting out those malicious emails from our inboxes.
Thank you for being diligent and helping me educate those around you on how to defend our institution. Keep up the good fight!
