In-depth training videos and tutorials for performing tasks in the new system are now available on the intranet under Office of Professional Development, with many more training guides coming soon. In addition, many module managers will be holding in-person/Zoom trainings or office hours for any employee who has questions or would like to walk through processes.
- Admissions Module Training on Wednesday, March 11, 9-10 a.m. in Professional Development Center, Room 117D or by Zoom
- Communications Module Training on Thursday, March 5 at 2:30-3:30 p.m. (Zoom link) and Friday, March 13 at 10-11 a.m. (Zoom link) in Professional Development Center, Room 117D or by Zoom
- Faculty and Academic Staff Assistants: Training provided at Professional Development Day (recording will be posted soon for those who could not attend). An additional staff assistant training will be scheduled for after spring break.
- Budget and Purchasing on Friday, March 6, 1:30-2:30 p.m. (Zoom link) and Wednesday, March 11, 11 a.m.-12 p.m. (Zoom link) in Professional Development Center, Room 117D or by Zoom
Sessions will also be recorded and posted online for anyone who cannot attend.
