New Anatomy E-Resource from CF Library

The CF Library has a new electronic resource for students of anatomy and related subjects.

Gale Interactive: Human Anatomy is now available on the library’s databases A-Z list. Gale Anatomy allows students to explore interactive 3D models by body system (e.g., circulatory) or region of the body (e.g., abdomen). It also offers programmed activities including quizzes that guide the user through features of a particular region. The activity for the ankle region, for example, includes an explanation of ankle sprains. Gale Anatomy also offers downloadable 3D printer files for those with 3D printers.

Gale Anatomy replaces Ovid Visible Body among the Library’s e-resources. For more information, please contact a Reference librarian, at ext. 1345 or library@cf.edu.
