A new change has been made to CF’s guidelines for standardized email and voicemail messages. Please ensure you are following these criteria for content consistency:
- Do not mention summer hours
- Unless otherwise approved, do not use an autoresponder for information unrelated to your absence / timeline for response to the communication
- If you are out of office, include a clear date that you will return and/or instructions for whom to contact in your absence
- Remove the autoresponder or custom voicemail message promptly upon returning to office
