CF is partnering with Marion County Children’s Alliance Family Violence Workgroup for the “Wear Your Wings” 5K Run and Walk Saturday, Oct. 28, at Jervey Gantt Park, 2200 S.E. 36th Ave, Ocala. All proceeds benefit victims of domestic violence.
Registration and packet pick up begins at 7 a.m. and the race starts at 8 a.m. Race packets can also be picked up Friday, Oct. 27, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. at the Ocala Police Department, 402 S. Pine Ave.
The registration fee is $25 until Oct. 26 and $30 on race day. The first 150 registrants will receive a t-shirt, bib number and race timing. Runners register online at http://wearyourwings5krunwalk.itsyourrace.com.
