We encourage employees to visit the MyJenzabar Account Assistance page and sign-up for a MyJenz account. This will allow you to access their learning portal and submit support tickets. Please Note: There is a delay of up to one business day while Jenzabar verifies your identity. Once verified, you’ll use the same username and password for both MyJenzabar.net and Learn.Jenzabar.com. Signing up early keeps support delays from happening later.

What is MyJ? 

MyJenzabar is your client portal. A resource center and community where you can learn, contribute, and realize the benefits that Jenzabar products have to offer.
MyJ is exclusively for Jenzabar users—and built on our award-winning portal, Jenzabar’s Internet Campus Solution (JICS). Our goal is to make it simple and convenient for you to access customer support pages, corporate information, and all your software downloads and documentation in one standardized location. JICS provides a single password-protected site for all Jenzabar users, where one login brings you directly to the information you need, whenever you need it.
Jenzabar Academy Learning Portal

If you would like to get more familiar with the new Jenzabar system immediately, you can log into the Jenzabar Academy Learning Portal. All CF employees have been granted licenses to access the learning portal, and it has tons of videos, user guides and tutorials for all aspects of the Jenzabar System.

Your supervisor can help guide you on which training videos to watch based off your role at CF.
