Florida Blue’s Blue Rewards Program officially ended on Dec. 31, 2017. All points collected during 2017 should have already been redeemed. However, Florida Blue is allowing additional time for members who were unable to redeem their points before Dec. 31, 2017. In order for members to redeem their remaining points, please contact Ashley Peirano at peiranoa@cf.edu or ext. 1290 no later than Jan. 31, 2018. All 2017 points will be forfeited after Jan. 31, 2018.
