During CF’s transition to the new Jenzabar One system, there will be many changes that need to be communicated to key stakeholders such as current students, prospective students, and community members. Please use the instructions below as a guide for your communications.
Key Messages to Share:
- The College of Central Florida is currently undergoing planned system upgrades. During this maintenance period of Feb. 5-March 1, many services have been paused. We anticipate resuming regular operations in our new and improved system on March 2.
- You can find updated information on the CF website at www.CF.edu/Update
- Our new system is built to expand on CF’s existing services, providing more advanced and streamlined technologies for assisting students throughout their time at CF.
Physical Signage:
- It is recommended that all departments affected by the system upgrade period post a sign in their area identifying which services are unavailable. A customizable template is available here: Upgrade Period Signage Templates. When you click on the link, it will download a word document.
