The Association of Florida Colleges CF Chapter invites faculty and staff to join your fellow AFC members and instructor Faithe Ruiz to stretch, strengthen and move with a focus on breathing.

This kundalini yoga class on Wednesday, Dec. 7, 12:30-1 p.m. is great for beginners and anyone wanting to quiet down or looking for a gentle and fun challenge. We will meet in the Stearns Learning Resources Center Mindfulness Room. A Zoom option is being explored for those who would like to join from other campuses; more details to come!
