Mental Health Month

How are you feeling today? This simple question opens up the conversation about mental health and the support we all need from time to time.

During uncertain times – and even during the best of times – life can weigh heavily on each of us. If we talk openly about our mental health, we slowly start to break down the stigma that keeps people from getting the help they need.

During Mental Health Month in May, make the commitment to #checkin on your family, your friends and yourself.

Start with our free Mental Health Month Toolkit of shareable video, posters, articles and tips designed to spread awareness, reduce the stigma and encourage anyone who may be struggling to get help.

Don’t forget your free Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to help you tackle whatever has you feeling down or overwhelmed. The EAP can support you and your household members to improve your well-being with services like:
– Counseling when you don’t feel like yourself
– Consultations for legal or financial issues
– Support during crisis or big life changes
– Community resources for family and caregiving
– Online assessments, self-help tools, expert tips and more

During May, help us inspire others to #checkin on their mental health too. Join this month’s free webinars on Overcoming Loneliness and Embracing Vulnerability.
