CF is updating the OneAmerica Disability Plans currently being offered to employees.
The new plans may be more affordable, and we hope that you will take a few minutes to stop by and visit Tom Watson on the dates listed below so that he may go through the changes and you can make an informed decision about which plan is best for you.
During the Open Enrollment, each of the Disability Plans will be offered on a Guaranteed Issue Basis, meaning no health questions will be asked. Please note that the Pre-existing Condition period will still apply. Plans will go into effect on Jan. 1, 2024.
If you currently have coverage, there will be no Pre-existing Condition in your coverage should you change plans.
There will be two (2) Short Term Disability Options and two (2) Long Term Disability Options for employees to choose from.

Ocala Campus: Monday, Oct. 30, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., Building 1, Room 105 and Thursday, Nov. 2, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Building 1, Room 105
Citrus Campus: Tuesday, Oct. 31, 10 a.m.-1 p.m., Building 4, Room 105
