To satisfy federal requirements of the Campus SaVE Act (20 U.S. Code § 1092), which requires colleges to provide primary prevention and awareness programs for all incoming students and new employees as well as ongoing prevention and awareness campaigns for students, faculty and staff, the College of Central Florida (CF) has partnered with Vector Solutions (Safe Colleges) to provide training.
The college requires you to complete this training on an annual basis as all employees, with the exception of the Director of Accessibility and Counseling Services, are mandated reporters per CF policy 1.03.
The following module* will be added to your portal in Safe Colleges which can be accessed at this link: https://cf-fl.safecolleges.com/training/home

*Due to specialized work assignments some employees will have additional or different modules to complete.
*Faculty who received credit for attending the August 2023 adjunct faculty training and/or the Faculty Colloquium have satisfied this training and are not required to complete the online module.
*New employees who completed training between July 1, 2023 – April 28, 2024 have satisfied this training and are not required to complete the online module.
