CF employees can now use an added benefit to our health options: TELADOC.

Teladoc provides access to a network of U.S. board-certified physicians who can resolve many medical issues via phone or online video consultations. It’s quality health care, when and where you need it, at a price you can afford.

How It Works:
Imagine this…You have cold-like symptoms and don’t have the time to sit in an urgent care waiting room. Instead, you use Teladoc.

STEP 1
Complete medical history.
The employee completes their medical history when setting up their Teladoc account to ensure this information is available when they request a consultation.

STEP 2
Contact Teladoc.
The employee simply logs into their account or calls Teladoc, 24/7/365*, to request either a telephone or video consultation.
1-hour physician callback guarantee for phone consultations.

STEP 3
Talk with a doctor.
A U.S. board-certified physician licensed in the employee’s state reviews the electronic health record (EHR) and provides a consultation, just like an in-person visit.

STEP 4
Resolve the issue.
The physician recommends the right treatment for their medical issue. If a prescription is necessary, it is electronically sent to the employee’s pharmacy of choice.

STEP 5
Settle up.
The employee is charged $10 ($42 for HSA Participants), depending on their benefit plan.

STEP 6
Smile.
Your medical issue gets resolved at fraction of the time and cost. Consultation information is made available to the employee’s doctor, ensuring continuity of care.
