2018 Midterm Election Ocala Roundtable, Oct. 25

Get informed and ask questions on topics and current issues at the 2018 Midterm Election Roundtable Discussion on Thursday, Oct. 25, from 12:30-2 p.m. in the Humanities and Social Sciences Building, Room 110. Guest speakers include Terri Susan Fine, Ph.D., professor of political science from the University of Central Florida, associate director and senior fellow of the Lou Frey Institute of Politics and Government at UCF. She is the recipient of 10 undergraduate teaching excellence awards as well as university awards in faculty leadership, professional service and academic advising.

Also presenting is Aubrey Jewett, Ph.D., associate professor of political science from UCF, former president and current treasurer of the Florida Political Science Association and is co-founder of the Lou Frey Institute of Politics and Government at UCF. He is also coauthor of Politics in Florida and received the Leon Weaver Award for his study of ballot invalidation in Florida during the 2000 presidential election.

This event is made possible by a Teaching and Learning Institute mini-grant, Model United Nations and Humanities and Social Sciences Department.
