Kundalini Yoga: Basic Breath Series

Students are invited to Kundalini Yoga: Basic Breath Series, which is excellent for beginners and offers a quick energy lift, increased clarity and a sense of balance.

Faithe Ruiz will facilitate this class on Mondays and Wednesdays, June 13, 15, 20, 22, 27 and 29, at 11 a.m. in the Mindfulness Room in the Stearns Learning Resources Center, Building 3, on the Ocala Campus.

Even though breathing is the most natural thing we do, conscious breathing can be challenging. Giving attention to and guiding the breath can bring calm and is also excellent support for more strenuous yoga practice and other classes.
