If you were unable to receive your ONE polo shirt at Thursday’s Convocation, you will have additional opportunities to pick up your shirt 9 a.m.-3 p.m., in the Conference Room of the Professional Development Center on the following dates:
- Friday, August 21
- Monday, August 24
- Friday, August 28
- Monday, August 31
- Thursday, September 3
Important Reminders:
- Each employee is eligible to receive one (1) free polo shirt.
- If you are unable to pick up your shirt personally and would like someone else to pick it up on your behalf, the person picking up the shirt must provide
- your employee name
- employee ID number
- complete the required pickup form found at the pickup site.
- Please be aware, these polos are a new dri-fit style.
- Men’s fit like normal.
- Women’s fit exactly true to size. If you like your tops to be snug, get your regular size. If you like your tops to move some, it is recommended to go one size larger.
- We understand that filling out forms may seem inconvenient, but these procedures help us properly track distribution and ensure we are being good stewards of the funds used to provide these shirts. Our goal is simple: one employee = one free polo shirt.
- After September 3, employees who have not yet received a shirt may contact the Professional Development Team by email, phone, or in person to inquire about remaining inventory. Any pickup after September 3 will be by appointment only and will depend on available sizes and quantities.
