CF is updating the disability plans offered to employees. During this open enrollment period, disability coverage will be offered on a guaranteed issue basis.
Employees who are not currently enrolled in disability coverage will soon be receiving a personalized packet. The packet will be customized for each employee showing the monthly benefit should you be out on disability along with the monthly premium should you elect to enroll. Premiums will be payroll deducted if you elect coverage.
There will be two options for both short-term and long-term disability. You may elect coverage for either one or both.
If you currently have coverage, you will not receive a packet, but you are still eligible to make changes to your current plan.
To enroll, you may simply complete the form that will be in your packet and return it to Human Resources by Nov. 8, or you may stop by and see Tom Watson with Cornerstone Benefits on the following dates and times.
- Ocala Campus: Monday, Oct. 30, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at Founders Hall, Room 105
- Citrus Campus: Tuesday, Oct. 31, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at Learning and Conference Center, Room 105
- Ocala Campus: Thursday, Nov.2, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at Founders Hall, Room 105
