Human Resources has recently added a new email address for benefits-related inquiries.
The new email address is benefits@cf.edu
Offering a general inbox for benefits-related inquiries provides a centralized, singular point of contact for both employees and external parties, ensuring messages reach the exact department or intended recipient, and preventing inquiries from being scattered across multiple individual email addresses. A general benefits email address will ensure a continuation in communication and remain consistent while enabling multiple HR staff to access the inbox to ensure timely responses to inquiries.
Pattie Guess, Benefits Coordinator, will continue to be the lead contact for employee benefits and will be primarily responsible for monitoring the incoming emails. Other HR staff will serve as a backup when Pattie is out of the office.
Emails that originate from the benefits@cf.edu email address will continue to offer the “Request Appointment” button so that employees can schedule a meeting directly with our Benefits Coordinator:
Pattie remains reachable at guessp@cf.edu; however, we now recommend that all future benefits inquiries be directed to the general email address: benefits@cf.edu
