Leading a team of employees can be difficult. But management skills don’t always come naturally. This workshop on Tuesday, Feb. 27, from noon to 1 p.m. located in the Learning Resources Center, Room 112, is geared toward new managers who will learn the qualities of being an effective manager, leadership skills that it requires, tips for healthy communication and managing conflict as well as how to deal with performance issues.
