Whale Done Award Passed on to MaryAnn Toth

The Career and Professional Employees Council previous Whale Done Award winner Nikki Schielke, from IT passed the Whale Done Award to MaryAnn Toth, Records Technician in the Criminal Justice Institute.

While many are deserving of recognition for their efforts and service on behalf of the College of Central Florida and its students, it is my honor to pass the “Whale Done” award on to MaryAnn Toth. We have worked together closely over the last nine years and it has always been a very pleasant experience.  She and I have navigated through (not around) some very intricate data issues and our team work made those difficult problems seem much easier. I have always appreciated her willing spirit, her kind demeanor, her patience, her intelligence and her determination to find the correct solution to a problem instead of accepting the much easier but inferior band aid.  She has always gone above and beyond to help both students and fellow employees be successful. MaryAnn, thank you for your expertise, dedication and hard work.”

The Whale Done award is a traveling trophy which is passed quarterly from the current award holder to another person on campus who has gone above and beyond in service to the college and/or that individual.
