Flexible Spending Account Changes

Please be aware of the upcoming changes to your flexible spending accounts. Our current administrator, Custom Benefit Service Inc., has been purchased by Eagles Benefits by Design, Inc., which is a flexible spending administrator from Stuart, FL. There will be no changes to election amounts or plans, but there will be some changes in the near future including new customer support numbers, customer portal, and mobile app, as well as a new debit card. Information and schedule changes are as follows:

  • Custom Benefit Service will continue administration through June 30, 2021. Please continue to use your current TakeCare Visa card for all eligible FSA expenses. Claims can also be filed on Myflexonline.com or the MyFlex mobile app through June 30, 2021. The customer support number will remain the same as well.  The number is 1-800-809-8161.
  • July 1, 2021: Eagles Benefits by Design will take over claim administration and phone support, but all other services remain unchanged, meaning you will continue to use your current TakeCare Visa card, Myflexonline.com, and MyFlex mobile app. New customer support info will be:
