Fitness Classes: Fall 2023 Schedule

You’re invited to join a Spin or Strengthening Class this fall.

Spin with Donna Zelinski takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:45-5:30 p.m., in the spin room (Building 53).

A weights/strengthening class is offered Thursdays, 12:15-1 p.m., in Building 9, Room 101.

Additionally, the weight room in Building 54 is open Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
