Summer has started and with it is a new opportunity to engage in fitness activities to help with your wellness goals. The summer schedule continues through Thursday, Aug. 8. Use your lunch hour or invest an hour at the end of the day to join a spin class or participate in strength/stability classes that are important as we age. Monday: Spin with Donna noon-12:45 p.m.
Tuesday: Strength/Barbell noon-12:45 p.m. and Spin with Donna 4:45-5:30 p.m.
Wednesday: Spin with Glenna noon-12:45 p.m.
Thursday: Stability Ball noon-12:45 p.m. and Spin with Bob 4:45-5:30 p.m.
